175 people fall ill after consuming 'contaminated' food in Jharkhand

At least 175 people, predominantly children, fell ill after consuming contaminated food at a Mahashivratri fair in Jharkhand's Palamu district. Most patients experienced vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain, with 22 still undergoing treatment at the Panki Community Health Centre. The health department has deployed additional resources to manage the situation.
