Excelsior Sports Correspondent SRINAGAR, Sept 10: The 17th UT Level Jammu & Kashmir Rugby 7s Championship 2025 concluded with great enthusiasm at the Synthetic Rugby Field, Polo Ground, here today. The two-day event was organized by J&K Rugby Association in collaboration with J&K Sports Council, drawing participation from around 40 teams across the Union Territory.
