The Abu Dhabi Sports Council confirms the 2026 Modon World Triathlon Championship Series will proceed on March 28-29 amid category adjustments. Despite regional conflicts causing delays, community races will occur on Hudayriyat Island. Elite events are postponed, but the series commences in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, on April 26.
