Excelsior Correspondent RAJOURI, Dec 2: In a comprehensive three-day tour, Border Roads Organisation (BRO), Additional Director General (North- West), SP Kolipey, conducted an extensive review of major road infrastructure projects across Rajouri, Reasi, and Poonch districts.
