Aion Tech Solutions Partners with Theorems AD for Multimodal Mobility Solutions in India

Aion Tech Solutions has signed a 12-month MoU with Theorems AD, a Bulgarian tech company, to develop advanced mobility solutions for Indian cities. The partnership aims to create an integrated ecosystem for urban transportation using AI and technology. Initial pilot projects are planned in Telangana and Karnataka. The collaboration will focus on data orchestration and EV-operational intelligence solutions, integrating various city systems including metro, bus fleets, EV fleets, and parking management. No shareholding or special rights are involved in this partnership.
