Excelsior Correspondent SRINAGAR, Mar 18: Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Northern Command, today visited various units and formations deployed in the hinterland of the Kashmir Valley to review the prevailing security situation and counter-terrorism grid.
