Azharuddin stresses for elected body of cricket in J&K

Excelsior Sports Correspondent SRINAGAR, Sept 8: Former India captain Mohammad Azharuddin today stressed that cricket in Jammu and Kashmir needs an elected body to grow, rather than continuing with ad-hoc arrangements.
