Excelsior Correspondent Srinagar, Sept 12: Aspirants for the Basic Agriculture Training (BAT) program today once again appealed to Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Kashmir (SKUAST-K) to increase the seat quota for the Open Merit category.
