BJP names Surya Kumar Sharma as candidate for Bihar Legislative Council bypoll

The BJP on Tuesday named Surya Kumar Sharma as its candidate for Bihar Legislative Council bypoll scheduled for May 12. Sharmas candidature for the by-election has been approved by the partys central election committee, BJP national general secretary Arun Singh said in a notification. Scrutiny of the candidates document will be done on May 2.
