Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Nov 27: Sainik Welfare Department (SWD) J&K informed that Brig Pankaj Chib (Retired) here today took over as the new Director of SWD, J&K and Secretary, Rajya Sainik Board (RSB) J&K.
