CAT orders release of withheld salary for Sports Deptt employee

Excelsior Sports Correspondent SRINAGAR, Feb 7: The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Srinagar Bench has directed the Sports and Youth Services Department to release the withheld salary of an employee within 15 days. The applicant, Bilquis Mir, approached the Tribunal seeking a direction for the respondents to release salary that had been withheld since November 2023.
