Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Sept 15: In a significant order benefiting aspirants with disabilities, the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jammu has directed the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) to reserve three posts under horizontal reservation for physically challenged candidates in the upcoming J&K Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination.
