Classic Electrodes (India) Holds EGM to Alter Main Object Clause of Memorandum of Association

Classic Electrodes (India) Limited held an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on May 5, 2026, at its Corporate Office in New Town, West Bengal, chaired by Non-Executive Director Mr. Hanuman Prasad Agarwal. The EGM approved the alteration of the main object clause of the company's Memorandum of Association to include elastic rail clips, aluminium wire rods, cables and conductors, various types of steel wires, and allied engineering and metal products. Mr. Himanshu Surendrakumar Gupta of Himanshu SK Gupta & Associates was appointed as Scrutinizer for the voting process, with results to be declared within 48 hours of the meeting's conclusion.
