Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Feb 9: Commissioner Secretary, Science and Technology Department, Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, today convened a review meeting of Industrial Biotech Park, Ghatti, Kathua, held at CSIR-IIIM, Jammu.
