Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Feb 23: The Cluster University of Jammu organised Inter-Collegiate Pencak Silat (Men & Women) tournament, at GGM Science College, Jammu. Dr (Prof.) Romesh Kumar Gupta, Principal of GGM Science College was the chief guest, while Dr Vinod Bakshi, Director Physical Education & Sports, Cluster University of Jammu, was the guest of honour.
