The World Economic Forum’s Global Risks Report says geoeconomic confrontation is the top risk for 2026 and the next two years. Business leaders are worried about tariffs, investment controls, access to critical resources, and supply chains. Geopolitical and state-based conflicts are the next major concerns, according to WEF Managing Director Saadia Zahidi.
