Delhi: In a major breakthrough, the Counter Intelligence unit of the Special Cell of Delhi Police has arrested a key member of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi Gang who had been on the run for several years.The accused, identified as Bobby Kabootar, was considered a close and trusted associate within the gang.According to police sources, he had been evading arrest for years and was actively involved in the syndicate’s criminal operations.Investigations have revealed that Bobby Kabootar was also involved in conducting reconnaissance (recce) ahead of the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.
