World Toilet Day Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Nov 19: To mark nationwide observance of World Toilet Day, the Directorate of Rural Sanitation J&K on Wednesday launched UT-wide “Hamara Shauchalay, Hamara Bhavishya” campaign, with a renewed commitment to strengthen sanitation system across Jammu and Kashmir. The campaign will run from November 19 to December 10, 2025, engaging all districts, blocks and Gram Panchayats.
