Security agencies in Jammu and Kashmir have frozen over 8,000 mule bank accounts linked to a large digital hawala network with suspected international handlers. Investigators are probing possible terror financing links as stolen funds from global cyber scams were routed through local accounts and converted into cryptocurrency.
