DLF sells Kolkata tech park, land to Srijan Group for ₹670 crore

DLF has finalized the sale of its Kolkata technology park and 25.9 acres of land to Srijan Group for ₹670 crore. The transaction includes an IT/ITeS SEZ property for ₹409.86 crore and 17.75 acres of vacant land for ₹260 crore. This divestment aligns with DLF's strategy, as its rental arm previously sold another Kolkata asset in November 2024.
