Driving one of these cars? A little-known $500 million settlement includes cash and free repairs

Hyundai and Kia drivers can get free repairs and part of a $4.5 million settlement. Cars sold from 2011 to 2022 with weak anti-theft technology are included. The settlement also makes sure future cars have better security. Eligible drivers have one year to claim repairs, and more information about driver payouts will be shared soon.
