FinMin says no revised angel tax rules issued in Sept 2025, denies receiving startup representations

In a reply to the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday (December 2), Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary said the question of addressing concerns arising from revised rules does not arise since "no revised angel tax rules were notified in September 2025."
