Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Sunday ordered a magisterial inquiry into the nightclub fire in Arpora that killed 25 people shortly after midnight. The blaze broke out at Birch by Romeo Lane, a popular venue in Arpora village near Panaji.
