Google has begun releasing Gemini 3 Deep Think mode to AI Ultra subscribers on the Gemini app. The feature is designed for demanding maths, science and logic tasks, supported by advanced parallel reasoning and strong benchmark scores. Users can enable the mode by selecting “Deep Think” and choosing Gemini 3 Pro.
