Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Dec 1: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has accorded sanction to the constitution of a Union Territory Core Committee (UTCC) under the Food, Nutrition, Health and Wash (FNHW) sub-theme of Jammu and Kashmir Rural Livelihood Mission (J&K RLM).
