Green tribunal directs sewage plant’s inspection in East Delhi over poor maintenance

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Tuesday directed the Delhi Jal Board to take appropriate remedial action after complaints related to a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) located in East Delhi emitting foul-smelling gases, and causing health problems to nearby residents.
