Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov said Vladimir Putin will visit India on December 4-5 to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Both sides will discuss trade, security, technology, key international issues and sign multiple cooperation documents, marking 15 years of their 'special and privileged strategic partnership.'
