Himachal's Himcare overhaul to boost transparency, curb leakages

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Thursday said reforms were being introduced in the Himcare scheme to enhance transparency and minimise the scope for corruption. He was presiding over a review meeting on ongoing health sector reforms.
