Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Mar 11: Chairman of the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Rahul Sahai, today submitted a detailed set of recommendations to Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, during the Stakeholders Interaction on Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) held in Jammu.
