US President Trump has halted shipment of $400-million arms shipment to Taiwan, according to a report in The Washington Post. The report comes just ahead of Trump's call with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping. Xi has asserted claims over Taiwan, and the island nation fears a military invasion by China.
