India and the EU are accelerating efforts to finalise a free trade agreement (FTA) by December, with two rounds of talks planned to resolve issues like market access and tariffs. Alongside trade, both sides are working on deeper defence, strategic, and technology cooperation, including AI, cybersecurity, and joint military projects.
