India’s Space Sector Hits Record $150 Million Funding, Set To Cross $200 Million

India’s private space industry has raised USD 150 million so far this fiscal, the highest since reforms opened the sector in 2020, with expectations to surpass USD 200 million by year-end. INSPACe chairman Pawan Goenka highlighted growing investor interest, the sector’s USD 8 billion size, and projected expansion to USD 44 billion by 2033, driven by private demand for space technology solutions.
