External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar held meetings with Sri Lankan leaders today, including President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, and pledged $450 million to help with Cyclone Ditwah's destruction. He is visiting the island nation as the Prime Minister's Special Envoy.
