Excelsior Correspondent SRINAGAR, Apr 1: J&K has secured the top position among Union Territories, excluding Delhi, on the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS) Pragati Dashboard, reflecting improved performance in technology-driven policing and citizen services.
