Jyoti CNC Automation Limited disclosed that French authorities have launched an investigation into its subsidiary Huron Graffenstaden SAS over alleged dual-use technology export violations. The probe has resulted in interim measures including seizure of EUR 4.0 million in bank accounts, restriction of the director general's duties, and seizure of two residential properties. Despite these developments, the company expects no immediate impact on its standalone operations, which contribute over 85% of group revenue, while the subsidiary's business operations continue as usual.
