Service conditions now at par with GLTs Irfan Tramboo Srinagar, Jan 9: In a major policy decision, the Union Territory of Ladakh has removed the long-standing “non-transferable” condition for Regularised Rehbar-e-Taleem (RReT) teachers working as Teacher Grade-II and Grade-III, bringing their service conditions at par with General Line Teachers (GLTs).
