Olympic medallist Lovlina Borgohain and rising boxer Sakshi Chaudhary secured spots in India’s squads for the Asian Games and Commonwealth Games 2026 after winning national trials in Patiala. Lovlina defeated Sanamacha Chanu 5-0 in the 75kg final, while Sakshi beat reigning world champion Minakshi Hooda after earlier stunning Nikhat Zareen in the semifinals.
