Maharashtra govt plans to send 51 students annually to NASA under 'Vidyarthi Vigyan Vari' scheme

The Maharashtra government is planning to send 51 students annually to NASA through the 'Chief Minister Vidyarthi Vigyan Vari' scheme. This initiative aims to motivate students in science by recognizing their efforts in science project competitions at various levels. While tehsil and district-level tours are DPDC-funded, the NASA trip awaits state approval for its Rs 3 crore cost.
