Maharashtra To Link Transfers And Promotions In Public Health Department To Performance Rankings

Maharashtra Health Minister Prakash Abitkar has directed that transfers and promotions of Public Health Department officers be carried out strictly on the basis of performance. The move will rely on monthly evaluation and ranking reports prepared by the State Health Systems Resource Centre.
