Excelsior Correspondent VIJAYPUR, Sept 9: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) general secretary (Organization), Ashok Koul, inaugurated a Medical Camp at Village Suchani in Vijaypur constituency and later participated in a blood donation camp at Vijaypur Hospital.
