Metro Brands Limited has appointed Mr. Uttam Kumar as Chief Product Officer & Senior Management Personnel with effect from May 04, 2026. The appointment was disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Uttam Kumar brings over 20 years of transformational product leadership experience across India and the APAC region and holds a bachelor's degree in footwear technology from FDDI.
