Leh, Jan 16: Senior Indian Police Service officer Mukesh Singh on Friday assumed charge as the Director General of Police of Ladakh. Mukesh Singh, a 1996-batch IPS officer, formally took charge as DGP Ladakh during the afternoon, officials said.
