The Haryana Human Rights Commission (HHRC), in collaboration with the district administration, organised a special awareness seminar on the occasion of ‘World Disability Day’ at the auditorium of Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College on Wednesday. Haryana Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan chaired the event, while HHRC chairperson Justice Lalit Batra (Retd) presided over the function.
