NIA Director General Sadanand Date repatriated to parent cadre Maharashtra

Sadanand Vasant Date, Director General of the National Investigative Agency, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre in Maharashtra. This decision was approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet. Mr. Date, a distinguished IPS officer, previously served in key roles within Maharashtra and central agencies.
