Excelsior Correspondent Srinagar, Dec 16: The post of Director at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Srinagar has remained without a regular incumbent for over a year after the last appointed Director reverted to his parent organisation due to administrative reasons, the Government has informed the Lok Sabha.
