Notice of privilege filed against Mandi DC for protocol violation

Ayush, Youth Services & Sports and Law Minister Yadvinder Goma has submitted a Notice of Privilege to the Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha against Apoorav Devgan, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Mandi, alleging breach of privilege and violation of established government protocol.
