Published on: Sept. 1, 2025, 2 p.m. | Source: The Economic Times

Niva Bupa Health Insurance has suspended cashless treatments at Max Hospitals across India from August 16, 2025. The decision follows unsuccessful tariff revision talks. Policyholders can still avail treatment at Max Hospitals via reimbursement. Niva Bupa suggests that its customers consider other network hospitals for cashless facilities. Priority reimbursement will be enabled for customers undergoing treatment at Max Hospitals.
