Odisha CM tables Rs 17,440 crore supplementary budget

While the annual budget for 2025-26 is pegged at Rs 2.90 lakh crore, the supplementary outlay aims to meet the “needs and expectations of a welfare state” by supporting critical projects, accommodating changes in central funding patterns, and recouping advances from the Odisha Contingency Fund.
