Over 100 from state take part in protest against new UGC regulations in Delhi

More than 100 activists from Himachal Pradesh participated in rally held in New Delhi against the new University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations. Over 40 organisations representing the general category (Swarn Samaj) from across the country took part in the protest.
