R Praggnanandhaa, runner-up in the previous FIDE World Cup two years ago, bowed out in the fourth round of the ongoing tournament in Goa with a 1.5-2.5 defeat at the hands of Russian GM Daniil Dubov during the tie-breaks on Thursday.
